It’s good stuff overall, and I don’t regret buying it, but I’d definitely warn others to check the price first. The value is okay, just not amazing, so if you can catch it on sale it’s probably a better deal.

The return process was such a hassle. I had to keep following up over and over just to get my refund, and after a while it genuinely felt like I was begging for my own money back. Frustrating experience.

I had a question about fitment and reached out to tech support. It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back, I guess, but once they got to me they seemed to really know what they were talking about. They helped me figure out what I needed and got me pointed in the right direction. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

I reached out about the warranty expecting some kind of actual help, or at least a clear next step, but it pretty much went nowhere. I kept getting brushed off, and in the end, nothing was really resolved.

I ordered a couple parts from Genright, my reaction was kind of like, why is this so complicated for something that should’ve felt more premium? The metal itself seemed solid, so I’ll give them that, but the finish had some rough spots and a few small scratches right out of the box.
The install wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected cleaner welds and better packaging. It works fine, I guess, but I wasn’t really impressed overall and probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

The parts themselves seem fine, but the install instructions were really vague and barely had any helpful photos. What should’ve been a simple job took way longer than it needed to. If the documentation doesn’t get better, I’d consider going with a different brand next time...

I had a rough time trying to get help from GenRight. I sent an email about an issue I was having, and then just kind of waited around way longer than I expected. You know when you keep checking your inbox even though you’re trying not to think about it? That was basically me.

When I finally did get a reply, it felt short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up asking the same thing again, and somehow still didn’t get a clear answer, which was annoying because I wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it. I just wanted some help and maybe a straight answer.

Their parts might be totally fine, and maybe other people have had better luck, but the customer service side left a bad taste for me. I kept thinking maybe I caught them on a bad week or something, but either way, I probably won’t order from them again.

Shipping took way longer than I expected. My order ended up taking almost two weeks to arrive, and the tracking updates were sparse the whole time. The product itself seems fine, but the delivery was really frustrating, especially since the terms seemed to change after I placed the order. Not a great experience.

Well... I ordered from Genright because the lead time they had listed seemed reasonable, but unfortunately it ended up being far off. I understand custom parts can take a while, but the expected date kept getting pushed back and I had to keep reaching out for updates.
The part did finally arrive and there was nothing wrong with it, but the delay threw off my plans. I just wish the lead time had been more accurate up front so I could have planned around it better...

Overall, the install was easy and went smoothly for me. That said, I’d definitely warn others to take a little extra time with the directions because they aren’t as clear as they could be. Nothing major went wrong, but I could see someone getting tripped up if they rush through it.

I put these parts on my Jeep and took it out twice, and it just never felt right. There was a lot of rattling, and the fitment was kind of a pain from the start. I even went back through my receipt and email confirmation to make sure I ordered the right stuff, but it all matched. Maybe they’re okay for light trails, but once I got into rough, rocky areas, I was disappointed

My order from GenRight came in with all the parts I was expecting, and as far as I can tell, nothing was missing. I was a little unsure since I had a few different items in the order, but it all seemed to match what I chose online. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the box was a bit beat up when it arrived, but the order itself was correct.

Every time I check, the parts I need are never available. It gets frustrating because there’s no clear update on when anything will be back, so I’m just left in the dark waiting and hoping it shows up eventually.

I ordered this from Genright thinking it would be tougher than what I’d used before. The fit was decent and everything went on okay, but after just a few trail days I started noticing dents and wear way sooner than I expected. At that point I felt kind of trapped, because I’d already spent the money and installed it, but it wasn’t holding up the way I hoped. Customer service was fine, no major complaints there, I’m just disappointed because for the price I expected better durability...

The parts seem to be okay, but the box showed up crushed, which made me nervous when I opened it. I’d be a little hesitant to order anything fragile this way unless the packaging is improved.
